ANN ARBOR - Rick Snyder, one of the state’s most successful venture capitalists and entrepreneurs, said clean tech cars and trucks, lead by plug-and-run electric vehicles, could make Michigan one of the world’s top alternative energy-production regions in the years ahead. He also said the state needs to change its current tax policies to make this dream happen.
