TROY – Ken Rogers discusses a new report released Monday by Automation Alley says information technology professionals in southeast Michigan earned a 5.1 percent average wage increase from 2004 to 2005, despite the region losing some 6.1 percent of overall technology jobs – suggesting Southeast Michigan has been attracting or generating a fair amount of high-paying tech jobs.
