LANSING - State Rep, Steve Bieda from Warren was one of the chief negotiators for the development of recently announced plan to replace the single business tax. Bieda, chair of the House Tax Policy Committee, provides the inside story on the negotiations for the new Michigan Business Tax plan that almost never was.
